Yoga Trip 2026

Find your ideal retreat

Puglia, Italy

Puglia, located in the southeastern region of Italy, is known for its stunning coastline, charming hilltop towns, and rich cultural heritage. The region boasts beautiful sandy beaches along the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea, crystal-clear waters, and a landscape dotted with ancient olive groves and vineyards. Puglia’s unique trulli houses, particularly in Alberobello, showcase traditional architecture, while towns like Ostuni and Lecce offer a blend of Baroque and medieval styles. The local cuisine, featuring fresh seafood, orecchiette pasta, and regional wines, reflects the area’s agricultural abundance and culinary traditions.
